Michael has over twenty years of experience in the food service industry,
specializing in beverage programs, with Sara Lee
and
several other Major National Corporations.
In addition he operated a successful distribution company of his own for several years.
Not only in the United States but in Canada as well.
He has an excellent grasp of the food / restaurant business
from both the operations and the supplier's side.
During his career he has owned three restaurants of his own.
