licensed brokers and agents to join our team.

We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage licensed in Georgia, Restaurant Exchange, LLC. dba Atlanta Restaurant Exchange.

This position requires a current Georgia Real Estate license.

We offer a great work environment and fully support
our agents in their daily activies as needed.

We offer an extensive training program.

Experience in the restaurant industry is not a requirement.
Brokers at Atlanta Restaurant Exchange
have more than 35 years of experience
in the restaurant industry and work closely
with agents to give them the knowledge necessary
to work in a business brokerage that specializes in
Restaurants and Hospitality Related Businesses.

and evaluate their experience and financial status
to determine the right restaurant for them.

to bring buyers from all over the US and

Ability to educate clients who may not understand the aspects of buying or selling a business

Ability to follow a rigorous training program.

We are in the business of building relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with many different types of Clients, Management Companies, Business Brokers and other Professionals is a must. This is a competitive business.

Attention to Detail is a must. As licensed agents we are responsible for due diligence for the customers we serve.

While we can not guarantee the success of any Restaurant we have listed, we can certainly lay out a roadmap to success using our brokers skills gained in Owning and Brokering and Financing many restaurants.

 

This is an exciting business! No matter what direction the economy takes, Our business continues. We can effectively serve the more than 7000 restaurants inside the 285 Perimeter, as well as those in cities right outside of the perimiter along 285.

 

This is a Commission Position as an Independent Agent with a Licensed Real Estate Firm. Earnings are a direct result of your hard work and earnings are unlimited!
