On behalf of my business partner, Jerome Judge, I want to thank you, Fred, JR, and the rest of the team at Atlanta Restaurant Exchange, for your efforts in helping us acquire our restaurant, RJ Casual's Café Bakery.

Your professionalism, and the extra mile that you consistently went above for us is greatly appreciated, and will not be forgotten. It remains to be seen how our business venture will turn out, but rest assured, if we require another space in the next few years, we will be confident, knowing that the Atlanta Restaurant Exchange will be handling our business the right way.

Jerome and I have been in this business a good long time, met enough "alleged" professionals along the way, and have seen a lot and done a lot, but it was an absolute joy to have worked with you and your team on this venture.
